Originally envisaged as an app to see where the next tube was, Tube Locations has grown and developed to offer so much more. Tube Locations allows you to see any tube on the network, its next stop, its final destination, its direction, how long to the next station, the line its on. Not only does it offer this but you can add a widget to the Notification Centre that allows you to quickly check the time of the next tube, to the second, so never again do will you go onto the platform as the train is pulling away. Using data directly from Transport for London (TfL), Tube Locations offers many unique features to enhance your tube experience. To top it off, it's completely free, not even any in-app purchases or data mining. So if you're tourist just coming to London for a short visit, a commuter taking the tube in and out of London every day or a resident of London using the tube multiple times a day all week then this app is for you.
